• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
• The welcome bonus applies one time only.

Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered in order to withdraw bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• ace66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.

Ensuring a fair and equal environment for all members on the ace66 platform is our primary goal. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Attempting to influence the gaming system through bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Using another member's account credentials without their permission.

• Bets placed before an event begins are considered final.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, the bets on that event may be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Odds may change in accordance with the designated market rules; the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ace66 reserves the right to void those bets.

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.

• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Cashback is generally credited to eligible accounts at the start of each week. ace66 reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions at any time.

In the following circumstances, ace66 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Registration based on incorrect or false information.
• Failure to provide the required documents for identity verification within the specified time.
• Initiating a chargeback claim or payment dispute.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the ace66 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any valid balance will remain withdrawable.
